Our mission is to help support great websites. By using .Thanks, you are agreeing to terms of service as described below. We will notify all active accounts of any significant changes to this policy.
For Everyone
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to signup for our service. You claim that all information you provide is correct.
For Fans
We will charge you a monthly fee that you signed up for on the first of every month. If you sign up in the middle of a month, you will not be charged until the next month. This charge will be split up and sent to the active sites on your list, minus PayPal fees and our $0.50 charge. An active site is a site that has registered their PayPal email address with us. If there are no active sites in your list, you will be refunded your monthly charge within a week. If at least one active site is in your list, you cannot be granted a refund. We do our best to contact site owners to register with us, but cannot guarantee they will be interested in our service.
You understand that if you donate to a site they are under no obligation to provide you service.
You may cancel the service at any time, and we may cancel your account if unethical behavior occurs.
You are responsible for keeping your password and email account secure! If either is compromised, an unauthorized person may alter your account or change your site list. We will do our best to help out in this situation, but are not responsible if this happens to you.
For Sites
We will send you the money your fans donated, minus PayPal fees, to the PayPal address indicated in your account around the 5th day of every month. There is no minimum amount required.
You understand that the intention of the donations is to keep your website running.
You may opt-out of the service at any time, and we may cancel your account if unethical behavior occurs.
You are responsible for keeping your password and email account secure! If either is compromised, an unauthorized person may receive your earnings. We will do our best to help out in this situation, but are not responsible if this happens to you.
